Teen & Adult Program (13 and Older) in Ottawa, ON
At Phoenix Martial Arts we understand there is a difference between being an adult and being a youth.
Our approach to our Teen and Adult program is unique because the focus is on fitness, self defense, and martial Arts techniques in a motivating upbeat environment which treats you your age.
This dynamic program places emphasis on fitness, proper Martial Arts technique, combative strategy, and practical self defense. Students will become physically fit through the practice of Martial Arts and gain mental clarity and awareness through the nature of the art.
Students will experience many benefits such as better physical condition, increased flexibility, increases in energy and confidence, and decreases in stress levels.
It doesn’t matter what your physical abilities are. You will get into great shape while learning the BEST self defense around. Think you’re too old? We currently have students in their 50's and 60's who train on a regular basis. Think you’re too out of shape? Well, you may be out of shape, but our Adult Martial Arts Program will get you in shape.

Eligible Class Times
(Students can attend anywhere from 1 to all of the classes every week)
Monday: 7:15 PM (Beginner and all belts class)
Tuesday: 7:15 PM (Beginner and all belts class)
Wednesday: 7:15 PM (Beginner and all belts class)
Wednesday: 8:15 PM (Kickboxing Class) (Beginner and all belts class)
Thursday: 7:15 PM (Beginner and all belts class)
Saturday 9:45 AM (Beginner and White, Yellow, Orange belt family class)
Saturday 10:45 AM (Green Belt and above family class)
Sunday 10:00 AM (Beginner and White, Yellow, Orange Belt family class)
Sunday 11:00 AM (Green belt and above belt family class)
